Following the strong push for digitization recently experienced by the group, both in the area of services and processes, Goglio's machinery division, based in Zeccone (Pavia, Italy), has decided to digitally revise all technical product documentation to solve the problem related to the transmission of its internal expertise, with a view to improving maintenance and after-sales processes.

The project of Digital Transformation solution-based Linkersys of the partner Desys and created in collaboration with Tech-Value , is part of a three-year digitalisation plan and meets the increasingly clear need on the part of customers to have a effective, easily understandable and time-saving documentation .

The goal was to be able to achieve: fully visual and interactive content to replace traditional printed manuals and catalogs accompanied by illustrations and photographs, which are very often static and difficult to update.
