Var Industries will participate in the 1st seminar of the Order of Engineers of the Province of Rome to be held on July 5, 2024 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.30

The Order of Engineers of the Province of Rome, in collaboration with the Foundation of the Order of Engineers of Rome, is organizing a free technical seminar on the topic of printed circuit board (PCB) design through the use of the most modern techniques suitable for the purpose. This seminar aims to optimize the time required for this activity, keeping the error rate and production costs low.

Design techniques using design tools employing optimization methods derived from ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) algorithms will be presented, and then some examples of functional electrical validation of the designed printed circuit board will be addressed (with check points DURING the design phase), in order to analyze the possible adherence of the design with what was specified.

During the event, Var Industries will hold two presentations that will explore crucial issues for the future of electronics design.

The first talk will be:

• 3:15 PM - 4:00 PM   Electrical Functional Validation of Electronic Designs: The Importance of Verifying and Validating the Electronic Design During the Design Process (Gianluca Lualdi - Account Manager Var Industries )

The second talk instead: 

• 4:45 PM - 5:30 PM The full digital design flow: from idea to digital twin creation  (Ivano Tognetti -  Product Manager EDA Division Var Industries )
