SAP

What is SAP?
SAP is an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, which is an integrated software platform that enables the centralized management of all key business processes: administration, accounting, management control, procurement, production, logistics, sales, and human resources. The term SAP comes from the German company of the same name (Systeme, Anwendungen und Produkte in der Datenverarbeitung), among the leading global providers of ERP solutions. With its modular architecture, SAP enables real-time data collection and sharing across departments, improving visibility, traceability and operational efficiency. It is particularly popular in manufacturing companies for integrated supply chain and production management.
How Var Industries can make it easier for companies to integrate with SAP

Var Industries supports manufacturing companies in the integration process between SAP and other business systems, such as PLM, PDM, CAD and MES solutions. The goal is to ensure data consistency throughout the product lifecycle, avoiding duplication and improving efficiency. In particular, tools such as Teamcenter, SolidRules and Opcenter can be connected to SAP to synchronize master records, bills of materials (BOMs), technical documents, and production processes. This integration makes it possible to create a fluid digital ecosystem in which technical and management data dialogue occurs in a continuous and controlled manner, benefiting quality, productivity, and traceability.
